1. Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Must include original invoice and all accessories
- Damaged, broken, or custom-made items are not returnable unless delivered damaged
3. Damaged/Defective Items
- Email us at support@decoravenue.online within 24–48 hours of delivery with images/video
- After verification, we will initiate:
- A replacement
- Refund
- Or store credit (based on your choice)
4. Refund Method
Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Note: Reverse shipping pickup is subject to availability in your area. If not available, we may request self-shipment and reimburse the courier cost.
